Most of us here are gear heads, we like looking at others projects. Sometimes we get ideas of things from them that we may want to do as well as helping out answer questions when people get stuck.

Sorry this is a little off topic, but going back to Jicaino's post about the 540 and the M5...
He listed times for the 0-100 KPH run. The M5 has shorter gearing but a higher RPM with the S62. Does it hit 100 KPH in 2nd? Or 60 MPH? Just wondered if/how the shift points may or may not affect those times. (And there's the BMW speedo error to factor in, too.)

Way beyond my knowledge base R Shaffer, sorry man. If you want to know how to make 16” wheels fit your E53 X5 with an angle grinder though, I can help.
