Hi all,
Just curious as to whether there are any differences at all between the suspension set-up on a S50B30 euro vs. a North American E36. I know "suspension" is vague, but feel free to interpret that as broadly as you like.
Thanks,
-James

Hmm, looks like they're pretty similar, with the only difference being that the spring part no's are different. I've heard somewhere that the euro cars had slighly different spring rates, but haven't been able to confirm..

Usually the Euro cars have a stiffer spring rate than the US, as the US has more journeys on highways and drivers prefer a softer ride.
The US LTW has the same suspension as the S50B30 Euro model
The spring rates should be near enough as makes-no-difference. BMW chooses their spring rates depending on the options the car has so you won't notice a difference between most spring rates.
