Fire will spew out of your air conditioning system and burn your eyebrows and eyelashes off making you look like a creepier version of Moby. Then your turbos will flood with gasoline and melt into a thick butter like substance. So yes, it will be fine.

Just make sure to get lead free racing fuel if you're going to run 100 octane. Sunoco 260 GTX is a good lead free choice.

The lead free is critical. However, unless the DME is tuned for 96-100 octane, it may actually produce LESS power. Why? Much slower burn then 93 and unburned fuel will be exhausted. And a lot of unburned gas will make the DME think it is running ....... LEAN. Why? Higher O2 levels due to unburned gas, and thus higher O2 levels because the O2 was no consumed. So, if the potential mods do not include some sort of DME flash to accommodate 100 octane, stay with 93-96 lead free.

There IS such a thing as excess octane !!!!! It won't "hurt" anything, but it won't help, either.

Come to think of it, one does not want unburned gas igniting in a h0t turbo.
