I have a cleaner fix, no cutting wires or adding connectors.

Did mine over a year ago. Still in my car.

No pictures, it would be hard to see the work anyhow.

i wonder if you can replace your headlight out function with your corner lenses to see if one of them blew, not turn signal, just the corner light.

So much teasing, no solid info to back up the claim is leaving some of us wondering if the Brent 930 LBF fix is even real?

That would be great if it is, I'll even eat the BS flag if it is, until then just going to wave it...

I think he actually is altering something inside the CCM, which concerns me if he is disabling check control completely, or just some "check" functions.

Kind of dissapinted he won't reveal what he adjustingm and is profiteering instead.

No BS about it. First one is free on me.

It will only disable the LBF.

It's chump change so I don't care if anyone wants to take me up on it or not. Just don't call me a liar.

Most people wouldn't be comfortable doing the mod anyhow.

Does anyone have these pictures saved? I'd love a visual representation more than just the text to go by, and I was hoping to tackle this pretty soon. Thanks!

Once the wires are snipped, you want to connect the yellow/green to yellow/grey and the yellow/red to the yellow/blue all on the wiring side

Thats the one! thanks man! Doing this today.

Edit: DONE! Did it today on my lunch break. Didn't take that long to do with the appropriate tools, maybe 30 minutes. Definitely happy to have NO MORE WARNINGS!

I just did this fix, followed the directions to a T. Now my driverside lowbeam does not fire up. I just triple checked the wires and connections. My passenger lowbeam fires up fine and I'm not getting the LBF anymore. Any ideas?

You obviously did something wrong. Get the Bentley out and figure out what you did wrong.

I just pulled the low beam connections at the headlight apart and put everything back together. Working fine now. I don't believe in coincidences but maybe it was just a fluke. Thanks to the OP, barring user or mechanical error this is a great quick fix.

I'm about to do this and just want some clarification. What does it mean "connect...on the wiring side". Is that the wires that would have gone into that white connector in the pic (what I assume) or the wires coming off the white connector.

    Thanks.
