I got my fronts on. I'm really happy with how solid these are once attached to the car.
If anyone is looking to paint their rivets before hand, i've figured out how to rivet them on without damaging them. Fold a microfiber cloth twice (so you have 4 layers). Take a straight pick and punch a hole through the 4 layers/ Slide rivet through the hole, then onto your rivet gun. It's tedious doing this for each rivet but they went on perfectly.
Side question-
Are you all sealing the drilled holes? If so..how?
And for the rears..are you all sealing the bare metal on the inside of the rear fender? Unless there is a method i'm not familiar with, it seems impossible considering you're welding it shut.
Thanks! Pics to come once rears are on.
Yes we do just email adam@hardmotorsport.com
busterhax looks sick more pics please!!
^ Holy ballz!!! I had no idea you were doing this! It's been a LONG time since I've checked the forums and it's cool to see the new products available for the E36s. I'll definitely be interested to see how this turns out.
What ever is stock. Offset camber places. Centered control arm bushings with 96+ control arms. May need to run a slightly smaller spacer.
I trimmed back the metal piece above the bumper, stretched out my flares slightly to reach farther forward and put about 3/8" of spacers between the bumper beam and the bumper mounts to push the bumper forward slightly. I had to grind out the composite bumper beam to let the nuts sink into the beam to grab enough threads on the mounting studs for a good solid attachment.

Jake helped me make my decision on these for my Ti project. Big thanks to Adam for hooking me up on my set!
Also, for anyone that's curious, Jake's 275/35 is a race tire, which fits like a 285/35 street tire.
I'll be posting progress pics in a few weeks when we put these bad boys on my Ti. I plan to remove the entire interior lip on the flares and run the following wheel set-ups:
Square set of 18x9.5 et 21 AC Schnitzer Type 2 concave monoblocks with 245/40/18 street tires
Square set of 18x9 et 24 Alpina Softlines with 235/40/18 street tires
Square set of 17x9 et 20 BBS LM with 245/40/17 Nitto NT05, Hankook RS3 or Federal 595 RS-R
