tough to say but I'm curious as well.

My wheels are 18x9.5 et36. Will probably run a tad of spacer. He runs 275/35/18 Hoosiers. I planned in doing that with a street tire but the dimensions between Hoosiers and a street tire differ so much.

Apex ARC8, 17x10.5, 27mm offset. 255/40-17 BFG Rivals. 12mm spacer in the front, nothing in the back. The flares and overall setup are configured for 275/35-17 Hoosier A6 with same wheels, but with offset adjusted to 31-33.5mm (haven't decided exactly what yet).

Curious what you all are doing to the underside of the fenders before you rivet these on? Is it the same process as if you were grafting into the metal? When grafting people usually weld the old fender into the new one, but if these are riveted it doesnt seem like that would be done.

Anyone have picture looking up at the inside of their wheel wells?

For a point of reference, here's what my right rear fender looks like under the flare:

Anyone have issues with the fatter tires rubbing the rear bumpers edge?

My bumper is trimmed for extra clearance (that photo has the trimming done). The bumper attachment just behind there has been shimmed/spaced out as well.

What did you use to coat it and prevent rust?

you can also space out the bumper mount for extra clearance with washers.

Once the welding was finished, I coated the bare metal liberally with PPOR-15, then smeared urethane seam sealer over the whole area to seal any holes, gaps, etc... then a bit more POR-15 for good measure.

sorry to hear man. Get her fixed up and back on the road ASAP. Maybe this is a good excuse to paint them if you've thought about it.
