Thread: Just received my 18 inch staggered OZ Futura's from Claus at Felgen-Garage

    Pics -Just received my 18 inch staggered OZ Futura's from Claus at Felgen-Garage

    After a 2 month wait my 18 by 9.5 and 18 by 11.5 OZ futura rims arrived. They look totally amazing. They replaced my MK1s which I sold to a forum member "Mike appreciate your understanding!!!!". All I can say is Claus is top notch and his work is amazing. Mounted them this morning, talk about stoping traffic. 7 cars were requesting what year my 8 was and if it was for sale. Must be the wheels. LOL. I think I'm going to buy a set of Gorilla wheel locks. The faces are in a satin with polished lips. Rears have a 4 inch lip and the rears have a 3.5 inch lip both fully polished. They are worth every penny spent!!!

    If anyone was thinking about ordering Schitzer, Hartge, Mitos or Futuras, Claus is the man. I don't think I would ever have found these here in the state, expecially for the price I bought them for.

    Super nice! There is nothing like a pretty set of wide polished step lipped 3-piece wheels and in particular, OZ manufactured.

    41 mpx in my phone camera and I can't seem to take a nice pic of the 8 that doesn't look hazy. Or maybe that's because photobucket compresses the pic upon upload.

    1- what rotors are you using?

    2- with those 11.5 inch rear wheels, did you have to roll the fenders?

    I know the felling, you didn't mentioned the of set.. but i guess it's the same one i got from Claus
    With my 285 tires i needed to stretch the fenders quite a bit..

    Thank you. Mine don't sit out as much as yours. I am not sure of the offset. I went with 275 35 18. I didn't want to modify my rear fenders. I asked him that I wanted the same spec. as the Blue 850 that is pictured on his website. In fact he is going to post my 8 on his website as well. I just sent him this set so he could pick.
