Fuel pressure increased after replacing the fuel pump... amazing

i just replaced my oem fuel pump because it maxed out with my sc setup S50 engine.
    i found a F01 740 intank fuel pump. so i installed it .
the car run but perfect and AFR is ok but today i checked the fuel pressure and i noticed that fuel pressure at idle is 4 bar and it should be 3 bar at idle??? vacuum hose connected to the FPR and there is a 17inhg..
why it happend?? the fuel pressure should stay 3 bar at idle also if i installed a 20bar fuel pump right???
    what could cause this problem?!

Too much fuel flow for the FPR to be able to drop the pressure?

    Yes.

The problem sounds like the FPR can't handle this fuel pump.

You either need a better FPR rated for more fuel flow OR a smaller fuel pump.
