My Space Grey/Black manual EDC 2008 M3 with 10,651 miles got crushed by a teenager last Wednesday and the car was officially totaled today. I am looking to gauge interest in the car, I can post pics later tonight. Drivetrain, suspension, brakes, interior seem to be in good shape. Entire drivetrain rotates freely. No airbag deployment. PM if interested. Given what the insurance company wants for the car, I will need at least $16k to make it worthwhile.
All the best,
Kirk

Yes he was. Thanks for the well wishes. I definitely learned a lot about insurance. Ironically I bought this after I sold the track car. Never wrecked the track car....

I am going to make a decision at 3pm EDT tomorrow on what to do with the car. Not gonna let this linger

Sucks man.

45 mph while I was stopped does that. It was a 99 Nissan Altima. Passenger compartment perfectly square.

Looks like this car is back on the market. Seller showed me the third picture from this thread telling me there was only minor damage in the front and conveniently left out the fact insurance totaled the car. Tried to tell me the title is salvaged because the original owner decided not to keep the car and have such minor damage fixed.
"Car was financed and after it got paid out the original owner didn't want to keep it to write it off and take the car instead of fixing it insurance had to brand the title. That's what made it branded."
