    Lateral trim panels-can I paint?

Hey all, I am having a hard time (translate-can't) finding the lateral trim panels in beige that work with roll bars. I have found them in black, and was curious if anybody has tried to paint any plastic parts, or any alternative options to replace them. Mine are slowly cracking and falling apart...like me.

    Thanks!

Coconut Pete seems to have successfully painted his plastic dash, although, If I recall correctly, he went from beige to black and didn't recommend trying to go the other way around.
