I hope you don't take this the wrong way as I love the car, but those pix don't look pro to me. Just hoping you didn't pay for that. I feel like everyone with a DSLR that can create a water mark calls themselves a pro.

Again, I absolutely love the car and the pix aren't bad at all. Just don't seem "pro" quality to me.

I actually took those shots and its funny you have to bad mouth someone when you yourself are not a pro by any means. Nice glare on all the windows in your sig...pick up a polarizer. Im not just a dude with a camera, and I sure hope you dont charge for your "services".

It was an impromptu shoot nothing planned.

Nope. Not a pro. Never claimed to be. I am an amateur at best.

But those shots are not worth charging for...

I know both these guys personally, I seriously doubt he was charged since they're like best friends.

    I see^

I only mentioned it b/c the title says (professional shots) If you are a real photographer, you should get used to criticism. I don't mind you criticizing my amateur shots. I have a lot to learn and just do it to document my stuff for the most part.

but yet you feel the need to put others down who've spent time working and improving their skill and are, in someone's eyes, a professional, someone who is good at something.
To me those are very well presented and taken shots, because I don't know a camera from my ass, and I think those are very impressive (and not perhaps professional, as in a career choice).

This is a forum. I am free to criticize as I please. That was hardly a harsh post putting someone down. There are lots of great threads on R&S with some very nice photographers. But usually when someone titles a thread with (professional shots), I would expect epic photos which would lead me to believe that the person could have very well paid for them. I didn't say they were garbage... in fact I said they were nice shots.

I will just leave it at that and let the thread get back to that absolutely gorgeous Imola or helrot M5. Sorry to disrespect you, OP if taken that way.
