Does it even have rear fog lights? Pull the inner rear lights out and see if one is installed. The posts above show where the rear fog lights are, if present.
Your car probably has a EURO programmed LKM. The US cars did NOT come with the rear foglight socket (it is a blank spot on the back of the taillight).
You will get that message unless you do one of the following:
1. Get a US programmed LKM
2. Install the rear fog lights (you will need the switch on the dash for that as well)
3. Install a 1/4watt resistor between the wires designated for the rear fogs - the MID will "think" there is a bulb installed, when there really isn't
4. Go into NCS Expert and change the line in the code that monitors the rear foglight bulb (basically disable that function)

I did exactly that but the resistor gets very hot when you put the fog lights on that concerns me a little
If you have working rear fog lights then you don't need a resistor.
