Where to get battery replacement in Canada?

I keep reading all this Duralast 49-DL stuff, but I'm having trouble finding any of them from anywhere in Canada.

Any fellow Canadians have any experience replacing their battery?

I assume mine is on its way out as after sitting for 20+ minutes with the doors open the battery light flickers for the first 5-10 minutes of driving afterwards and the battery is the OE battery by the looks of it.

Best is to speak to Mike at Maranello BMW. He gives HUGE discounts to forum members on OEM parts.

Tell him you are a member from maxbimmer or just mention "Hardeep with the 7 Series"

I got mine in canadian tire,i think it was around 150,4 years warranty,it's worth to check your alternator as well,as battery light indicate charging problem

I have to get my pulleys fixed before I worry about the alternator, when I'm driving charging is 14-14.3v so the alt is fine, it's just that the battery doesn't seem to be able to hold a charge, no biggy quite normal for an old battery.

Thanks Hardeep, I guess I have a reason to get to Maranello now haha! =) <--- I might be one of those Maranello license plate frame guys afterwards! Always Budds or Maranello around so funny.

What kind of price am I looking at from there though, and from Canadian Tire, what battery did you get? I mean the beast that's in there now looks like it's from a BOAT, I assume not just any 850+ CCA battery will do..
