WANTED: E36 M3 or Non-M, or 24v swapped E30 (in or around NY)

My 240sx was totaled by a moron that blew through a stop sign in her SUV, so I'm back on the car hunt. I'm entertaining a few different routes to go with this, and am open to a variety of cars.

- Located in Queens, NYC. I will travel throughout the tri-state area or northeast. If the car is very well maintained and described, I would travel farther.
- 5spd manual only. I will not consider an automatic for any reason.
- Coupe or Sedan only, not interested in any Convertibles.
- I do not want a project, rustbucket, or any crap. I will pay good money for a nice car. If you aren't willing to have a shop look at the car(at my expense) before I purchase, I'm not interested.

Option #1: E36 Non-M (This is what I'm leaning towards at this point)

- Preferably a 325i/is, though I'd consider a 328i/is as well.
- Cosmetic condition isn't too important, but I don't want a beater.
- Must be very well maintained and mechanically sound.
- Mods are a huge plus.

Option #2: E36 M3

- I'd be interested in something heavily modded or even track-ready, though I'd also go to the total other side of the spectrum with a 100% stock car.
- Preferably Estoril, Hellrot, Dakar, or Avus. I will consider any color besides silver. Open to any interior color, as long as it's in good shape.
- Must have very detailed maintenance records. Absolutely no shitboxes - if your car leaks, clunks, or "just needs X to be perfect", I'm probably not interested.
- I'm not afraid of high mileage if well maintained, but I would prefer a lower mileage car.
- Absolutely no rust. I won't consider any M3 with rust on the body/chassis.
- Accidents or paintwork are a huge con. I may consider something with a replaced fender or something of that sort, but nothing that has had the entire front end replaced due to a "fender bender". I will have this checked using a paint depth gauge, so please don't waste my time.

Option #3: E30 with M50/M52 (Maybe S50/S52)

- Swap must be done correctly! No ghetto hackjobs.
- Pretty lenient with the condition of the body, but I would prefer something relatively clean with minimal rust. Same goes for the interior.
- Something set up as a track or weekend car would be perfect.
