Good condition transmission from an e39 1997 528i. The previous owner mentioned it was recently rebuilt. This includes the mounting plates and torque converter as pictured. Torque converter is dated March of 2012 and is made by Precision of New Hampton (gopnh.com). The car was crashed in front, and taken off the road in December 2012, so this unit is nearly new. $350 obo, local pickup in Ocean, NJ

I will take it if it will fit in a 1999 528,Im not sure but i believe they have 2 different trannies correct me if Im wrong.

Despite it being the same base transmission model, there is a different part number/supplement, so I can't say for certain if it is correct or not for your car.
