BMW E46 Rear Suspension - Clunking/Knocking Noise Driving me crazy!

Hopping someone can help shed some light on this annoying noise. I started off by replacing the rear springs as they were both cracked and the sound was not as bad, I then replaced both rear shocks as well as the rear shock mounts and still hearing this clunking/knocking noise only when going over specific speed bumps, luckily i found someone who posted a video on youtube of the same sound i am hearing...

Has anyone ever ran into this issue before or have any thoughts of what it could possibly be?
