I can't be bothered to be changing discs, so I have one grinder with a cutoff wheel, one with a flapdisc, and one with a big ole wire brush cup on it. Two of them are $13 HF ones, and they work fantastically.
It's funny. I had my old Ryobi burn up on me one day. I went to go buy a new one I got looking and they still carried that one for $25. I could have upgraded to the Dewalt or Milwaukee for $50. I thought about that for a minute. My original one lasted for like 10 years of abuse. For the price difference I didn't see the more expensive ones lasting double that...
Edit: I just realized I forgot to gusset the tube. So I have to do that too

Looks good! What kind of hose did you use for bushing?
Depending on what size the ID of the hole for your CABs is, I may just have a piece of delrin laying around that would work. Just let me know

Still have to mess with the alignment but here is how I currently sit for angle. Could be better, could be worse.
Started messing with exhaust stuff. Notched the rocker to give me a little more ground clearance.
Cut the back half off my old exhaust to re-route to the drivers side. Then did some sweet pie-cuts like all the kids are doing. Yes its ugly...
Sexy is nice. Functional is the priority tho. I've always been fine with pie cuts and mig welders. We can't all have baller builds. Plus no one will see that craftsmanship when your car is on track.

Actually looks damn good to me. Love the tip. Reminds me of a flared brake line lol.

Do those actually work? I swear that's some marketing stunt where it really doesn't do anything.

Helmholz chambers? I think they work. There are a couple of different ways of recording your sound pattern and finding the frequency you need to cancel. It's all maths.

Whoops, I guess I should have refreshed the page before I posted that. You're all over it Nic.
Finally got some tires mounted to my front wheels and got to see how I was looking for clearance with the new arms. Looks like I have about an inch before I hit the Lca now. But because of the bend in the outer tierod I'm only about 1/4" from that. That's an easy fix though. I'll just flip them side to side.
Sorry, the pictures kinda suck...
