Great looking at videos from the same track and same car. I tell you you are really close to improving your time with a couple of small changes in line.

I'm no BW expert of course but Check out the cotton corner area...
    Screen Shot 2019-02-09 at 8.42.45 PM.jpg

turn in later here, give up a little more so that you are more on the right between the right and the left...

    Screen Shot 2019-02-09 at 8.44.24 PM.jpg

this will give you a better angle into the second corner and allow you to be in a better position to get on the throttle early going over the hump

also, the fast kink... attack the curb !

    Oh man this is GREAT!!

I've noticed cotton corners is a little difficult for me, but that does seem like a HUGE change. I'm waaay to far to the right, being on the left does seem like it sends you in the right direction...in ALL parts of your screenshots! Makes sense.

Buttonwillow on March sounds like a good idea! Whats the date you're planning on going? Would be pretty killer being out there with another shoe!

    EDIT:

And I've talked to others and told me to try running without the sway bar to see if I like it more; which I did and I "felt" the rear more maneuverable. Wasn't sliding like it was before. Removing the sway bar, adding the bucket seat, and running 255/40/17 square gave me the confidence go harder and went from 2:09 to 2:05, right off the bat! One of the next mods are sway bars. so I'll be placing it back on when I upgrade and seeing how it reacts.

I'll go for that speed ventures date, I can't remember exactly, I think it's the first week. As for the sway bar, definitively go with what makes you feel more comfortable. My car is set up very differently, I have very stiff springs and bigger than stock sway bars. It was really more of a setup for when I used to run Hoosiers but it seems to work ok on street tires too. or at least, I'm used to it.

    Wow! Moving! Great video.
They let you race in shorts?
At RA we have to wear long sleeve shirts and pants if not wearing a suit.
Look! Before our very eyes, the future is becoming the past.

Thanks man! No issues with shorts/short sleeves anytime I’ve run at Sebring with Chin.

Thanks dude! When you getting you there next?

I tend to run with other organizations, I’m not a fan of organizations that pack in lots of cars.

I was there this past Sunday! I was there with Ongrid. Their lower levels were pretty bad, but low advanced and high advanced were actually really good. I had a good amount space throughout the day. Except for the last session since they put both advance groups together....BUT I liked it! I chased way faster guys and learned a few different lines, which should help me achieve that 2:02 I am in search of!

So, this is the "new new" coupe!

The green coupe was totaled, unfortunately, but got another S52 Mcoupe! Much cleaner, more miles, but night and day difference with performance and stability!

Car: E36/8 S52 Z3 Mcoupe with full interior
    Track: Buttonwillow Raceway Park
    Configuration: CW13
    Best Lap Time: 2:04.58
Brakes: OEM Calipers, blank rotors, PFC08 brake pads
Suspension: TCK SA with 500F and 600R
    Tire: Nitto NT01 255/40/17 and 275/40/17 on APEX ARC-8's
Other Mods: M50 manifold; AFE drop-in intake; powerflex bushings, s54 radiator

Just installed ATE rotors with PFC08 and I got really bad brake pulsation. Discouraged me a lot throughout the day, but led me to brake "right" by braking later and still managed to beat my Green coupes time. I feel that upgrading to the NT01's from NT05's and having dedicated track pads, along with the other mods, should've gotten me a better time- but more seat time with this new coupe and simply getting used to the car should get me to where I want to be!

    Enjoy!

Wait, what? Are you okay? Grats on getting a replacement and getting back out there!

Nice! I might be back 5/25 with Speed District. If you come out, we should battle! Would be a fun match-up. I need to beat my 2:05 and chasing you might be what I need lol

I'll check out the video later, I'm sure there some stuff I'm doing wrong with my line. I'm not flat out going into bus stop, after Riverside and in the esses, so I think I have 1-2s there.

    Talk soon!

Sebring this morning... tires were a little greasy at this point (got up to 37lbs from 31 cold).

Thought I'd share this, video for a story I was writing on the car, some cool data as I specifically picked a high traffic portion for the video because I was documenting the turbo response and other metrics

Thank you! Yes, it is a SCCA sanctioned hillclimb, the road is closed to traffic.
