So first things first. My vacuum lines that are all around the intake and come out of the valve cover ( i guess they are the PCV lines) are shot. does anyone know of a place to buy new molded hoses or what will work? This could be the problem to my hesitation issue that I get while driving.
So when i'm accelerating I get that "pushed back in your seat" feeling right up to about 3800 rpm once it hits there it stops accelerating hard and feels like there is a miss/lack of power and accelerates very slowly from here.
My thoughts are it is:
-the vacuum lines
-fuel filter
-fuel lines by the gas tank
-timing (even though I adjusted to spec and even advanced just a smidge [about 27 degrees before tdc at 2200 rpm])
Thanks for the Help Legion
Edit**** both fuel pumps are less than 2 years old. the accumulator is fairly new, I just did a lower and top end rebuild if i'm missing something I will answer the questions as you ask them.

bump! will rubber hoses from advance auto work? or will they collapse from the vacuum?
