Video of said dyno run.
Installed my new starter & twin disc clutch setup. Shipped my LSD unit in my diff of to Jonathan at bimmerdiffs to get rebuilt/4 clutch converted and he said its the worst diff he's ever seen.................... I guess the old owner didn't ever change the gear oil (170k miles).
Just blew out my headgasket-- trying to decide on doing cut rings vs building a block right now...
Any details as to how or why this happened? Sorry to hear man?

A couple overheats but nothing crazy serious. I used the sanding stone on the block but no sealant/copper spray

3/11/2015 Update:
Car is sitting in my garage without an engine I sent it off to the local machinist guru who will be rebuilding the whole block (he did my head when I first started my build). Using Weisco 8.5:1 87mm bore pistons, Molnar rods and a CES cutring gasket (stock thickness). Hoping to get this back before the end of March, I sent the engine off a few weeks ago and am waiting on the pistons/rods to be delivered so he can finish it all up. Looking forward to getting this and a few more issues sorted out so I can hit a track day or two this summer! Stay tuned for the dyno numbers on my revised TRM tune working with my boost controller on this new engine! Shooting for 500-550rwhp.
Nice! Did Mike at Accurate have any funny stories for you? Curious what the machine work and assembly costs through him for the bottom end?

Mike @ Accurate is a good choice for an engine rebuild. He does a lot of the local BMW race engines and has a lot of BMW experience.
I think I was there for 3-4 hours chatting with him when I dropped off my engine hahahah. But I'll let you see the bill when it's all said and done.
He did my head a while back & I knew then he was going to build my engine someday
Just going for reliability at this point! Anything over 550 just seems like so much madness I'm not even interested lol
Car is now for sale:
