I just wrapped up finishing the valley pan seal, now comes the heater hoses the four rear ones that feed into the firewall, and aux water pump. Does anyone have a diaphragm or write up as I didn't mark the hoses and am confused where two of the go, I found where they source from just don't know what inlet they feed into the firewall. Any help is appreciated gents. I have had no luck searching for a diaphragm, also noticed BMA A.G. Took down the TIS website total bummer.

The routing is the same between the E31/E38 although the placement of the heater valves is different - but follow this:

    I think 64218390319 #10 from here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=64_0621

    I'm not 100% sure though.

Here is a Great thread by Miss Bimmerlv way back in 2011 that shows everything on how to replace those hoses and the Heater control valve. https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...Valve-Replace-)

Wow Guys thank you and my apologies to George, the parts diagram was one of the poorest illustrations I came across and threw me off.

That hose decided to slowly drip on me, today I decided to tighten the clamp and it was indeed loose, will probably change them all out. Its been a few years without issues with the e38 so it was due and luckily its minor. 2000 with 178k

Why is number 8 listed 2x with different part numbers?

Nevermind I guess the long one is for the 750 which has the heater valve on the driver shock tower...
