Z4 M Roadster - full options roster and model year changes

I'm considering upgrading the Z4 we currently have with an M roadster and I was curious if anyone has a a complete list of the changes between the various model years as well as a full roster of the options that were available.

    Thanks!

Very few changes were made to the E85 M Roadster during the less than three years that it was produced. For the 2007 model year (starting 10/06 production), an auxiliary input was added to the BMW Business audio head unit, the previous Flat Tire Monitor (FTM) was replaced with a more accurate Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) system, High-Definition radio became a factory option and Monaco Blue metallic (A35) paint was added to the exterior color selection list in North America (it was offered from the start of M Roadster production in other markets). For the final 2008 model year (which began in October of 2007), Silver Grey metallic (A08) paint was replaced by Space Grey metallic (A52) paint.

    That's awesome!!!! Thanks so much.

I've found a Z4 I really like and wanted to run a couple of things by you.

#1: the rims are beautiful, but I think they are replicas. Here's a picture:

They appear to be CSL look, but the reason why I think they are replicas is bacause they are 18 (CSLs should be 19) and also they don't have the writing going around where the bolts are.

#2: are the shock mounts on the ///M different? My Z4 has a plastic cap over the bolt of the shock.

I can't believe someone responded. Clearly Google territory.
Not so much a signature as a cry for help.

Hold on, saw this in a cartoon once...think I can pull it off.

    Many
I was wondering if you were going to make the jump......

As a person with both a non-M and a ///M, most of the options cross from one to another, a few options were offered in later year cars.

The dampers (struts) on the ///M are different. The ///M's use a modified E36 strut (two bolts to the kingpin) vs. the non-///M's which use a modified E46 stuts that fits into a 'cup' on the wheel assembly. The upper center bolt covers on my Roadster will fit on my MC. Some cars have them, some don't. Also, the FCABS are offset bushings on the ///M, were as the non-///M's use the standard E46 centered bushings.
I think you already know this but ///M's also do not have a square wheel/tire setup like the non-///M's, but I am not sure of this on the SI. The rear wheels/tires are larger on the ///M's. 225 fronts and 255 rears, stock. I personally run 235 fronts and 265 rears. I could go up one more size but I the tires I wanted were not available in the sizes I wanted at the time, which were 245/275.

CSL's (style 127 & 163) were only 19" wheels. Z4M cars only came with 18" wheels (style 224). Those may be reps, but they look good..

Zeta, If you can afford it, keep the Roadster for your wife. Get a ///M for yourself. My wife will not let me get rid of the Roadster. It's HER's......
You already know all the possible things that will go wrong with the car and you can fix it yourself.
You all never seem to have enough time to do the job properly the first time, but you always seem to find the time to do it a second time......... ME

Shipkiller, it took me a while but the itch for the M has grown to the point that I gotta scratch it.

The one I'm looking at now is a roadster and won't be keeping both simply because I don't have garage space.

Thanks for the clarification on the struts and confirming those are replicas. But I like them...

I've had the 2.5 for more than 5 years and 70k miles and never had a single thing going wrong.

The ///M is even more fun to work on... More glamorous sort of speak with cool stuff like solid lifters, high pressure vanos and egt
