FS: E36 Turbo Parts, OBX T4, Tial V44 etc...

Graduating from college. Need to liquidate some of the parts from the project car to help fund a reliable DD. I will have pics of the OBX up hopefully tomorrow.

-OBX T4 Top Mount e36 Turbo Manifold.
Lightly used. I put maybe 2000 miles max on it. It's a little dirty from being wrapped in the header wrap but there are no cracks in any of the welds that I could find.
    SOLD!!!

    -Tial V44 Wastegate.

V-band wasegate, non water-cooled, with 1bar (14.7psi) spring in it. Lightly used, in near new condition, just a few scratches and blemishes.
    $220 plus shipping.

    Siemens Deka 60lb Injectors
. Bought from futureroadracer off the forums with 10k on the. I've put maybe 2k on them. They are in GREAT condition.
    SOLD!!!

The condition of the ends of the injector shown below are typical of all 6 injectors.

I may have some other things up for sale soon, but I am going to try to hang on to them. Such as: 60lb Semens Deka Injectors, Holset HX40 with machined Precision T4 .58 AND .82 v-banded turbine housings, intercooler, etc...

Dibs on manifold if it's the FULL collector type - not the horrific, new style geezer gums unit -

Whats the new style "geezer gums unit"? This OBX manifold is at least 1.5 years old. I bought it from a guy on the forums who had never installed it.

It has the 6-1 collector and 44mm wg port.

So on that holset, you have a machined to fit precision exhaust housing? Twin scroll?

    Yup.

First three pics are the .58 Open housing.

The precision .82 is a twin scroll it is the second from the left.

Currently the wastegate is pending sale to a local friend who contacted me before anyone else. I will notify you if the sale falls through.
    Thanks.

Would you sell just the .82 housing? And do I need any mods for it to fit the hx40?

Possibly, I was going to sell everything BUT that haha. No you just have to make sure you have the right turbine wheel, measure it up with a fairly accurate set of calipers (measure the inducer and exducer). There are two different HX40 turbine wheel sizes

Should I pm you about this? Yea I have the "super" hx40 with the 7 blade compressor and 12 blade hot side. I'm just wondering what spool was like and stuff. I might even want the smaller one.

I haven't ran either of the Precision Housings yet, just the 17cm, my car is currently torn apart for maintenance/engine rebuild etc...I bought the precision housings after finding that the spool of the HX40 on my s52 wasn't quite up to par with what I wanted.

The Super HX40 will offer better high boost efficiency which equates to a higher max flow rate. The regular HX40 will spool quicker due to the extra blade but will max out on flow rate a little lower. Considering that the regular HX40 has been tested to about 650whp in the DSM world I would think that the regular HX40 would be a better choice. If you have the m50b25, as your information suggests, then I would lean towards the regular HX40 and the Precision .58 AR open housing.

The .58 open housing is actually more equivalent to a .68-.73 AR housing because the inside had to be ported out a little extra to accept the holset turbine wheel and cartridge. I was going to run the .58 on my car for max spool. Go ahead and post the dimensions of your turbine wheel, in this thread, and I can compare that to my turbine wheel (mine is also a 12-blade so we may have the same one). For the record the machining was done by Turbo Lab, couldn't have asked for better service or quality; thanks Austin!

Bump added Siemens Deka 60lb Injectors to the list of FS stuff!

    Michon,
please ignore the post above. I'm still awaiting your answer to my offer.

    Gjon,
please mind your own business...if you can.

I'm stating my posts towards the OP and I person quoted. In the f I section he had mentioned he wants a top mount setup because he doesn't want to deal with oil draining issues. Nothing to do with you at all. Somy just competed in modified cars challenge, and respect him for representing our platform. Don't turn this into something it's not.

Here is the thread where he mentions wanting a top mount.

I think you missed it, but Milkt expressed interest and extended an offer before Somy showed up in this thread. I think Milkt was just trying to point out that he should have "dibs"

    Gjon knows this.
He can see my "DIBS" post (#3) earlier in the thread.
He can see the post RIGHT BEFORE his (#20).

He's pushing my buttons. Not sure why.

    (Michon) OP,
I'm sorry this thread has been dramatized by one of them.

    PAID.
