Turbo E36 vs Ferrari 360

superspeedersRob the super speeders series part2 released Jul 11, 2006. So we could imagine that was around the time forced induction section and cheaper kits were coming out. I have no idea
of the setup but you could imagine that 332-340whp 245-253 trq (2,976 lb) wasn't hard to beat even before the E36 Turbo got fast. Thats 370 Z specs but were not getting on the intergalactic scale.

Yeah, its not hard to beat a 360. I pulled one much quicker and worse in my Evo before i installed the meth kit... It was similar to Mert's video of his "1000hp" M3 pulling a 360. lol

I was actually surprised the 360 did as well as it did, but I wouldn't call it junk because its only a 12 second car LOL! You don't buy a Ferrari for this sort of thing or you will be seriously disappointed. If that was me, I would be laughing giving the guy a thumbs up. That Ferrari owner deserved what he got and shouldn't have been disappointed. There are some seriously fast cars out there and he should've known better.

I will say though, it is still one of the most beautiful and best sounding cars I've ever heard and with the right exhaust the closest thing mimicking an F1 car.

Yeah, the 360 is getting quite slow by today's HP standards. But still a fun car to drive..

I'm just trying to figure out how a 360 Modena is considered junk , I see a silver one all the time and its def a head turner , I always find it funny when a slower car gets f.i and now cars that used to beat it are now considered slow , but everyone's entitled to there opinion. In the latest car and driver mag they tested the m6, xkr-s and 911 carrera s, they all ran 12 second quarter miles.

Yeah, its all good BigLou, I agree they may not be the most solid cars in comparison, and I've driven my share of Porsches and they are one of my personal favorites, pretty much built like a tank! Its just one of those Ferrari nuances I guess you learn to live with like oil leaks in LandRovers. Although my 360 is still pretty solid by Ferrari standards.

I was a porsche tech for two years . After I left dealer I worked in private shop where we worked mainly on euro cars. Exotics etc . U gotta have em all and drive em all and you'll see what I'm talking about . Ferrarri is not worth the money u spend on it . Shoot even a gt3 feels better than Ferrari and that's a damn racecar

I have other cars not just e36 m3 . M3 is my race car . I loveeee my audi , it's fast and you can't hear anything outside , you feel like you are floating in the air when go 140+mph
