    Misfire With Fuel Cut-off HELP!

Hi I'm new to this. My 2001 325xi runs smooth but sometimes it starts acting up and it shuts off. The code that i keep getting is Multiple Misfire With Fuel Cut-off
In different Cylinders. Any idea whats causing it?

The first actions should be a smoke test of the intake to check for leaks, a crank case pressure test to check for a failed CCV, a fuel rail pressure check, and a check for oil in the plug wells from leaking valve cover gaskets/grommets.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Same exact problem I had, just change the intake manifold gaskets and no more problem.

+1. First, find the problem - then you know what to fix.
