I have a set of brand new BMW OE entertainment units. They are complete in the original BMW box with part #s and include headphones, wiring, etc.

They are tan and were designed specifically for x3s. They are not an off the back of a truck type deal just something my company bought in a huge overstock deal that we need to get out of our warehouse as we don't specialize in car audio. I believe you can remove the base from these and modify your headrests and make them work in e53s as the tvs look identical.

They retail for $1050 for one from BMW but you can get them new around $900.
