Should be nice!
I made your guide pins more better

A few comments:
Never apologize for telling the truth...if they are heavier than other options then they are and people should know that. I am not concerned considering the application.
I do have the bleeder fittings.
The guy who has the necessary tool to make the crosspipes (ISO bubble flare) wants the calipers so he can fit them properly, so I don't yet have those. The OEM ones have a rubber sleeve in the center to prevent vibration. He wasn't sure how he was going to replicate that exactly so I will mention the silicon idea.
They look great in the video, I can't wait to see them for realz.
Did you get a chance to scale them for Greg?
Hey Sneezer nah not just yet. Still working tonight (on work stuff, ugh). Rough day in general.
I wasn't sure if he asked.
Honestly if I had it to do over I would probably buy a modern design NIB. I was unawares of the headaches these brought with them from an internal parts availability standpoint. I have my fingers crossed about the seals.
Anybody considering these as a cheap way to get bigger brakes should know that it isn't as inexpensive as it looks when you see them advertised for a few hundred bucks...

Are your eye balls gonna pop out of your skull as the hand of the devil slows you down from 130?
Glad you got them Sneezy! Shipping powdered parts is tough because I worry about vibration sanding the finish and screwing them all up again!
It was sarcasm. :-)

I hadn't thought about how I worded that. And I'm usually the first to think of things in that manner. Been a long day, too tired I guess...
I was trying to say Cory has seen how I go a little overboard on the packaging when I ship things a lot better than Sneezy has seen.

Ah, good. I keep bumping into people that think they will shave meters off of the braking distance. Size usually matters, but not in this case.
No, they are at home on the floor of the den, aggravating my wife no doubt. I have no idea when i will get them installed.
I appreciate the offer on the subframe, but I have gone in a different direction. More on that later.
Well, the guy that was going to do my crossover pipes for the Brembos can't. Evidently he thought I meant double flares. *sigh*
Is okay, I have found a custom fabricator in Michigan that claims to be able to scan and reproduce anything. I can't WAIT to hear what that is going to cost me.
Just buy them new. Seriously.
One could be salvaged, but the other is thrashed. It was bent up in shipping when I bought them, I believe. The result of less-than-Bubba-approved packaging. You would think that with the density of top tier race shops within 30 minutes of my home this would be a simple matter.
You may able to get crossover pipes from a set of Porsche bermbos.
You can find the 951 variety pretty cheap. I have no idea if they would work, just throwing it out there.
