Figured this should be here rather than in the other thread:

I had the lens polished so I maintained the OEM optics. It is wider than the FX-R 3.0 and more intense across the cut off. The FX-R 3.0 imo is a great projector but the rx350 is clearly a step above. Also, I prefer an OEM projector.

I like the slope myself as well. These just have a lot more intensity across the cutoff and width on the rx350's or I would have used the Murano's.

Have one side finished. Now need to do the other. I really really struggled on if I wanted angel eyes or not. Maybe in the future, who knows.

Also, I don't know whats going on with my corners. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Under the cut off:

I also sealed the back where the ballast is by making a custom gasket from a sheet bought from lowes that is used in plumbing.

    Hi MarketMaster....

I have just tried sending you a pm, but you cannot receive more mail. Could you please email me ( diehlj at gmail dot com ) at your convenience. I'd like to discuss having you do a retrofit for me if you are interested.

    Thanks kindly,
    - Jon D

Man I like these...been planning my retro into Bosch housings and the rx350 with clear lens looks like a frontrunner. I hope the 3.0" lens won't be a problem in the Bosch, also the open projector design will reflect into the low beam bowl probably....might have to get some black aluminum sheeting around it.

I want to avoid cutting the inner lens as well...never been a fan of the look but that pretty much rules out any 3.0" projector I think.
