    My 750 Li Alpina Badge

    Hello,

I just picked up a 2015 750 Li that by the VIN is an Alpina B7 LWB. However, it doesn’t have any Alpina badges.
    Can someone help me understand?

Mine does that too. For some reason a lot of the F02’s do. I don’t know your car but it’s probably just that same oddity about the vin decoding.

I read that for US models it’s an option package.

I don’t think so. They’re built (or maybe assembled is the right term) in separate facilities. It’s not particularly hard to tell. Does it have Alpina accoutrement? Seats, wheels, body, engine, etc. it’s it’s badged 750 it very like is. What does the door sill say?

It is a twin turbo V8. But it has 19 in wheels. The dealer (BMW) said they were the same car, the only difference was the badges.

Ok. You have a 750. They’re nice cars. But they’re not “the same”. Most F01/02 have a TT V8. That doesn’t mean anything.

Fortunately all my pricing was based on VIN prices.

Do you have an Alpina Steering wheel and instrument cluster?

Do you have the Alpina wheels and front lower facia?

Do you have the rear Alpina trunk spoiler, Alpina emblem, B7 nomenclature emblem and rear lower dam and quad exhaust?

Do you have the Alpina engine bay acoustic cover?
