Thanks for sharing! That is a great looking E32. What wheels are those?
Fantastic looking car, love the color.
Even though I have a 750iL now, I still miss my old 740iL/6
I'll have to buy another black 740 once I finally get everything sorted on my 750

Now I've fallen in love with this 750iL, currently under the knife for a full body compound, polish and ceramic coat.

I've actually never seen an E32 in the wild in the USA. Even at big BMW shows I'm the only one. E.g. At Larz Anderson's BMW day, I saw darn near every post-'60 model of BMW, including 2 M1s and multiple 850csi, E36 LW M3, 3.0csi, and Alpina E34s too. Not a single E32.
These cars are supremely underappreciated.

Great White Whale back in the road. It's been 8 long years but I'm tackling a long list. But with plates and insurance (and other than inspection) it's road legal. The location is Southampton but no, the house isn't mine.

I can't not share the ceramic coating WIP pics.
This was a 3-stage correction + CQuartz UK 3.0. Full car tbd (as soon as theres no snow or salt). Was my first go with paint correction, DA polisher and all that. Took way too long but Im very happy with the results.
Before, the whole car looked like this or worse. Dull paint at best from 10ft away. Up close the scratches were painfully apparent. PXL_20221026_035122249.MP.jpg
40+ hours later, we're mirror finish on near every surface. The ceramic really brought out the shine. I was a little underwhelmed before that coating went on.

Nice clean original car. Well done preserving it!
Mud flaps are a rare option on the E32.

Thank you , this was my 1st car when I got my license in 2003. Got passed onto me by my parents. Plan on keeping it forever.
Ah, I wasn't aware regarding the mud flaps. Was going to start looking for a set for my E32 750il. I think they offset the car nicely from the rear.

Stunning. The wheels, stance and color are spot on.

That the real beast of no nation. I just love BMWs no matter the year
Hi.
I'm new to this forum. Earlier this year I bought a 1990 735iL parts car for a project I had in mind. The car has significant rust and the transmission has no forward gears. Approximately 6 weeks later I saw a 1990 735i for sale which had a suspected blown head gasket. I thought, hey I can make one good car from the two. I now have the car running and the parts car has been a real asset to achieving this. The car came with the 18" Style 32 wheels and the original wheels. The interior is Indigo blue leather and is in very good condition.
This is my 1st 7 Series, the rest of my BMW experience has been with E30's and an E9. Loving the E32, and the extra room and comfort over the E30's.

My recent 1989 750iL purchase (123,000km), joins my younger 1993 740i in the stables.
