Well yes definitely...
I am just saying so; as people seem to believe the gt40r is the and all and be all only available option if people want to see something in the 600 range... and it's not the case.

I've always wanted one after I saw "M3romeo's" build.
To Craig, I can't wait to see some numbers. You have to love the top mount bling factor.
Did you ever dyno the 666 setup? I hope so... For the community and PO (sorry I forget his name right now).
Anyways, it looks great. No ceramic coating?
I'd love to help install it, Alex.

I should be tuning a obdii car with a 6466 very soon.
I am biased towards the gt4094/gt4088 because of the amount of them I tuned. They are a great turbo.
I would love to see a turbo that makes more power every where. Who wouldn't.
Only time will tell which turbo is the best for low boost (15-22psi).
RK tunes
Bling factor? sure, it is Pronto Pup pournographic race car stuff,
I never dyno'd,
but the community and Jeneral Jones Mechanical knows what the hardware is capable of
as my previous set-up (visible in the "FrankenHimmlerstein" thread)
is nigh on exact copy of the hardware that was on Mike R's car when he OWNED the 1/4 mile record;
hence, on a standalone
9 second/700-800 whp capable turbo/hardware.
Larger turbo = 1000+ whp as David Tran had proven the Triple Hex.
Ceramic coating may come later. The hardware is SO EASY to install/remove, I can bang that out later, if I feel it's worth the extra effort/money.
+1
I'm subscribed to this install as well.
AGAIN,
VERY GOOD to see you back Patrick.
You're one of the great inspirations around here. I hope all is back in order for ya.

My bad.
My measurements had those runners ALL Over my compressor/a/c bracket.
Forgive misinformation. When you asked if I wanted to wait for some different hardware spec'd to A/C fit,
I assumed it was not meant for it.
Let's get a GROUP BUY started for these MOTHERS.

I edited ALL A/C related previous posts. My bad...and MY GOOD!!

Yeah,
one minute I'm locked up like Ernest T,
the next I'm sitting out front of the gaol with a fresh bottle.
I need to get a petition started of my own.
After I go to TRM for another "perfected" in-house tune,
I'll plan for a straight "all else unchanged", same dyno, same tune, etc ... cam swap.
It will be very nice results...though I know what to expect there (no secrets, nothing to be shocked about.)
Mild N/A cams (a slight jump from stockers) will give gains across the board.
An unworked M5x/S5x head is not going to flow well enough for a gentle cam overlap to make much difference.

I have seen mixed results while searching, however, I figured it wouldn't hurt. I am rather convinced the dynomax VT was less than ideal, especially for a big turbo car. I don't have the time, nor desire to redo the downpipe, which I think would help too. For now, 3.5" from the down pipe back and a vibrant black.

Just the 3.5" exhaust should give you a nice bump.
I remember Shawn (~"A4oringed"; the guy that works at lutz performance) installed a 4" exhaust on a Sc61 TRM tuned car (.140 MLS) and it picked up 40whp on the same tune (512-550whp). He too had a 3" exhaust originally and just installed from the down pipe back.
Awesome! Where's the thread about obd2 tuning?
When was it released?
