I honestly don't understand how this is Barvarian Auto recycling's problem. They are running a business not a storage facility for customers who want to pick parts up when ever they feel like it.
No these guys suck. They lie on the phone about the condition of parts. Sales rep Jeff is a complete liar. And his supervisor will not call you back to resolve any issues. Do not buy from them. They scammed me about $1500.

I think his name Is Jeff Hammal or something like that. Buy your used parts from a respected member. Trust me your much better off. Bavarian Auto Recycling shouldn't be in business.

They do lag on their refunds, I puchased something last month, called back half an hour later after I realized the timing on receiving the item wouldnt work for me, took exactly one month for a refund.
On another note, I have bought engines, diffs, transmissions, trailing arms, brakes etc thru them and never had a problem until this time that I needed a refund.

As I stated before, communicate well and often, especially when the news is not going to be pleasant.
I've purchased some parts from them in the past and found them to be upfront & professional. Maybe they treat Hawaiians differently?
Anytime a customer acts like an ass, that customer can expect poor service. Not that any of you complainers act like that...
A-HOLES is the only word I can use to describe them. It was so painful talking to them on the phone. They made me feel as if I was interrupting their Monday morning Yoga session with my phone call. 😂
Yeah I have read nothing but bad reviews about them... Apparently they don't give a damn about their product quality or customer service quality... Heard of many people receiving completely wrong part and situation was never rectified
Yes. Very short and curt on the phone. Definitely don't give the impression that they appreciate the potential business.
I can't tell you how many times I've had cars open in tabs and then don't call to buy because of my past experience with them.

That's because they have a bunch of low educated and careless people working for them. It's a miracle they are still in business.
There are two places in Sun Valley called Harout's and Alpine recycling. They are decent people actually. I bought a few items from them in the past.
Call the Sun valley recyclers. Many of them out there.
I use to buy at auctions against Harout and his dad, Real nice folks, He had a White Csi back then, Still on Branford?
Last week I dealt with Autobahn used BMW, Porsche, and Smart parts in El Cajon, CA. John is one heck of a nice guy, he knows his stuff, and his prices are right. For used parts this is my go to place. I dealt with Bavarian Auto Recycling twice. The 1st time I got the wrong part but after calling and harranging them a bunch of times it did get straightened out. The 2nd and last time they said they had the part in stock. After a couple of weeks they finally admitted that they didn't have the part. The problem is they charge your credit card right away. Then you got to get them to give you credit for the parts they don't have. That's when I threw in the towel with them.
