Still waiting for ok from forum owner. I guess everything had to be oked thru him. All else is arranged. As far as info: my car will be used as platform to r and d bars from scratch. It will be a new modern set up not just bars bent to shape.

You can add MK Motorsports to the springs & sway bar list.
I know they exist because I pulled them from a car and sold to Eric Q.
Along with MK badged Boge shocks & fixed camber plates, all badged as MK.

Cool. What year car was it from? Were camber plates one piece or an add on to the stock mounts?

It was a black, euro 735 with early HVAC.
Also had a strut bar, manual Recaro seats, Zender body kit & dogleg getrag.
The Camber mounts were modified OEM mounts, with relocated studs, like the E30 'crash mounts' that are somehow $150ea.
I still have some pics of the parts somewhere, the sways were massive, like 29-30mm.
I would have kept them but at that point had no plans to own an E23

Does the e23 Zender body kit have side skirts? Or is it just a bumper and spoiler kit? I'm still trying to figure out what kind of side skirts I have.

I've seen pics of zender side skirts before. I still haven't heard back from Iceman regarding sways so for now I'll just type all the preliminary info out and pm it to you guys soon. Magic number is 25 so nothing will happen until that point is reached.

So what happened to the whole set? Do you know the different people who have the sways, springs and strut bar? I looked back at the old threads from 2008, too bad no pics.

Eric Q got the front strut assemblies, including camber plates, rear shocks/springs, & front & rear sways.
The strut bar was gone when I came back to get everything, as well as the manual sport seats.
I do have pics somewhere of the parts before sale.

25 sets or just 25 bars? You will sell more rears than sets I would imagine as most E23s lack the rear bar and that will make the most difference.

I am curious about front fixed, add on camber plates. Any use on a street car? I read they only add about 0.5° neg.

Depending on price I would be in for a set as well.

It is 25 complete sets, so you would have to buy both front and rear complete. As stated before bars will be researched and developed using my car so they would be for later model e23. I do not know if one rear bar can be designed to fit both late and early model that will all be looked into. Alot of us including myself have large exhausts so that will also be considered. There are also different options for material solid or hollow. Obviously we would all like to keep the cost down so i would shoot for $400-500 and the cheaper the better. If we can use existing links and bushings rather than manufacture from scratch that would help cut costs too. All these things will be looked into once we near 25. If this happens i would not expect any commitment from you until we hit 25. More than likely the real number is closer to 20 as i am prepared to fill in the gap to make this happen. Once that happens i will Confirm with all of you individually that you are ready to purchase now, i will cement details with rd, then i would expect a deposit of probably half the cost to get things going. I will confirm all the details as things get closer. Like i said, if we get around 25 serious buyers this can happen but the owner of rd said he gets lots of people bugging him to make stuff but they can't get enough people. I'm willing to put in my time and money if you guys are serious.

Good point on the exhaust. My 3" exhaust is pretty close to the rear sway as it is. Either way I'm in for a couple of sets if it gets us close.

Is the 745 rear sway NLA now?
I know with the E28 chassis, you can still buy the M5 rear sway, its 19mm so same size as the aftermarket bars, but not adjustable.
Most people shouldn't be adjusting their bars anyway. ;-)

Problem that 745 bar is dinky...14mm? I suppose better than no bar, but seeing how the front is 27mm, I am just not convinced it does much aside from actuating the SLS. :/

I have all spare brackets I could potentially loan someone to copy as I was going to toss my Ljets old bar on my 735.
