This is just a kind of compilation thread. I have a nice collection of aftermarket e23 parts plus I've been researching what options are out. Nowadays there is not much of anything new for e23, all the companies have finished their runs and have no plans for making more. An interesting side note though is that I spoke with Racing Dynamics and they still have the capability to make a run of parts, but the minimum amount would be 25 so that's a good amount of e23 people needing to buy it. If there's enough of you guys wanting the RD parts lemme know and I can look into a group buy. Anyhow, here's the parts I'm aware of for direct replacement aftermarket performance parts for e23. There are a couple other parts I have heard of but cannot verify if they actually ever existed so lemme know what info you have. I'll be adding more and if you think of more let me know and I'll add to the list. I'll also try to post pics for reference so if you have pics of these items I can post those up too for reference. And if you have any of these items for sale lemme know about them I might be interesting in buying them.

He is the original and the best. Ljets only have a Hobbs switch for overboost, so you simply disconnect it for higher than 10psi.

I do not know of any available at this time, nor who produced them. They are out there used, yet pretty difficult to find.

You are really better off converting a 3.2L car to 179 Motronic as the 3.2L is pretty similar to the 3.4L B35 in terms of powerband, compression, etc... you are then able to delete the separate idle box and chip the computer, plus you gain a better idle and a very simple on board diagnosis system as well as utilize all of the 1985-1992 M30 electronics such as the AFM, fuel injectors, ICV, etc. The 179 combined with the B35 2" outlet exhaust manifolds on the US B32 should really let this motor rip!

Not available anymore. These kits were CARB legal best to my recollection making them higher demand items. Probably T4 on center flange with 38mm wastegate port.

They are out of business making the M30 kits. Manifolds and medium sized air to water intercooler kits are out there if you search for a while. T4 on center flange flange with a 38mm wastegate port.

TCD still makes their high quality M30 exhaust manifolds. T4 on center flange with 38mm wastegate port. Also make large air to water intercooler kits, chips, Megasquirt connections, high stall torque converters for auto guys, etc. Really a great place to deal with for go fast turbo parts.

BMW
This is the OE M102/M106 KKK based stuff from the 1980 to 1986 745i cars. The turbocharger flange only fits the BMW K27 and it is a very underwhelming kit in stock form as it simply cannot move enough air at high RPM. The turbocharger's compressor side is very puny stock, they suffer from wastegate creep, undersized intercoolers, strange downpipe/wastegate dump pipe assembly, and other oddities. Also remember, most of this stuff is nearing on 30 years old thus making it well worn.

If you utilize this system, try to pick up for nearly no money or just buy a TCD kit as you will be spending quite a bit to make it perform well.

Yes, that's the one.. the Tuoma perfection kit. I still have the paperwork from when it was originally installed, it says Tuoma perfection oy (not sure what the oy means). Also have the details on how to install everything. Came with the modified adjustable wategate, boost controller, ECU chip and the 4 gauge auto panel.

Maybe he could still provide whatever info he has still laying around. Too bad there isn't much of a market for the performance parts anymore. Even the people who have these cars now are scared to spend more that $50 on anything.

I'm still waiting to hear back from mods regarding whether I can do a group buy type thing here for the bars. RD doesn't make any other parts for the e23 currently they stopped years ago. I also heard back from Jarmo and he still makes chips for the different ecu, Hitman listed the websites, the main one will be done in a few months.
