The thing is the bars are going to be designed and made from scratch, it's not like a mold or jig that they can just make copies.

Did you replace that silver cordian style hose that goes from the after fan to the turbo? If so, what did you use? I need to replace mine.

Yes hitman is correct, got it at kragen o reilly was in a yellow green box and i had to use a spacer and use two lengths together to reach.

If you are talking about the RD bars I gave up on that a long time ago. It was possible back then but not a big enough market to make it worth my while.

Well we know that the turbo 745i was not available with a manual transmission, so it is not original. The non-turbo 745i was available with a manual transmission but they only made about 250 of those South African variants with the M88/3 motor not all manual transmissions.
Motoronic would have the distributor cap bolted to the end of the head and it is not a round unit sticking into the engine. Doubt the 82 was motronic. That started in mid-85 for the 745.

Looks like you have an '82 based on your sig- it should have a distributor located at the front of the head, right side of the motor near the fan, most likely you have an Ljet car unless it's been altered.
