INPA EA90x Problem

Hello guys,

I was using INPA 5.0.2 (INPA EA80x) along with Ediabas 6.3.4 and it worked well. I only get a message „different versions“ , but everything was working well.

But the newer INPA 5.0.4. (INPA EA90x) doesn't start properly and shows an initialization error:
Error! Group file: D_MOTOR.GRP
IFH-0018: INITILIZATION ERROR.
You either have an obsolete .. \ EDIABAS \ ECU \ T_GRTB.PRG file, and / or incorrect versions, diagnostic or up to F01: SGBD Index

This error message is absolutely indipendent on cable interface or software packages. I tried different software packages from different download sources without success.

The car is BMW 3 January 2007, 320d.

Changing interface type to "OBD" in OBD.INI file fixes that problem.

How do you change the interface type? Where to go to change that?
