1) Ordered Powerflex LCABS for my Daytona 95 M3. They fit terribly and scared me into seeking out OEM bushings.
2) Found Rick's service on BF and placed an order.
3) LCABS showed up pressed into lollipops, properly cleaned, delivered lightning quick with tracking provided. To top it off, Rick was more than a pleasure to do business with.
4) Moral of the story... Rick is an asset to this community and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better option at a better pricepoint for pre-pressed LCABS for your suspension overhaul endeavors. Order with confidence!
Bump. Both flavors of pre-pressed FCABs in stock!
Saving for later
Back in stock!
Would you do custom orders? I need e46 60mm bushings on the e36 lollipops I can run e46 LCAs on my e36 without modding the LCAs. PM please as i never check this. Thanks

Do you still sell these? I'm new to the forum but I would love to buy a pair.
Sent you a pm, still have in stock? Ready to buy centered FCAB. thanks-
Back in stock with both centered and offset pre-pressed FCABs...
Quick shipping and good price. This is the the way to get bushings.
Great service. Highly recommend. Thanks, Rick!
Back in stock with both flavors...
I just wanted to vouch for Rick aka "the fly". As part of my suspension refresh, I went ahead and ordered the pre-pressed OEM FCABs/lollipops. Very straight forward and the parts arrived fast. Rick was very accommodating as my refresh was delayed and subsequently, my return of the cores. He was polite & professional throughout. I would say that this is more or less a convenient service that Rick offers to fellow BMW enthusiasts, rather than a money making venture. Thanks Rick, you're an asset and I would not hesitate to do business with you in the future!
Price dropped by $10 ea flavor on 12/20/16. So to summarize, you get new pre-pressed FCAB rubber bushings in used housings for $69 shipped (centered) or $79 shipped for offsets. Return old units back when done.
thanks rick ("the fly") for supplying the pre-pressed M3 bushings. i agree with qwkslvrnsx...a true asset. the old lollipops will be sent out to you tomorrow. thanks again!!
getting the old bushings off the control arms were a pain, but with a sawzall and angle grinder, i got them off. and then used the ratchet strap method to install the new ones. first side maybe an hour an a half (lots of butt scratching)...second side half hour. not a terribly hard to do. but i dont know how i would have done it w/o the sawzall and grinder. and i'm REALLY glad i didnt have to install new bushings into my existing lollipops!!
