Must be very experienced with a computer. Detail oriented, remembering numbers, exacting, anal, etc.

Job description includes:

Photographing parts, editing photographs, identifying parts by part number, part fitment interchange, entering data correctly. Additional occasional work may include: Installing hardware, software, administrating the network, etc.

Database experience a plus. Parts experience a plus. Extensive knowledge of BMW's a plus

We are a small BMW only salvage yard in Bridgeport PA, just outside of King of Prussian. Staffs consists of co-owners Bob/Merritt and a part time dismantler. We opened our doors in June of 2008 and have been slowly growing since. It's finally time to bring someone else on board to help take us to the next step.

Pay is based on performance. We will start you out at $10 an hour. Raises and bonuses are based off productivity. If you own a BMW, parts will be abundant at a discount!

You're pretty trusting. The only way I'd ever consider that is if my employee was moonlighting from their professional IT job. I'd never, never let some unexperienced kid (as mentioned prior, that's the most likely candidate interested in a $10/hr job) have administrative access to a production network environment.

If you were about a hundred or so miles west I'd be interested, if anything just for the novelty and the discount on parts lol. Good luck with the people hunt!

I wish I could pay more up front. The room for a pay raise will be there if the performance of the employee is there.

Access to the admin of network will be given if warranted. Not on day one. It's not part of the concise job description, just would help if the applicant is knowledgeable for potential growth down the road.
