Good to know. Thanks! Wonder how I'm going to take care of the curb rash. No gouges, but some scrapes. I want to get them refinished at a wheel shop but at the same time it's a nice chunk of change that could go towards new wheels.
Thanks! I definitely don't want to get rid of them. May just redo them myself over winter.

Me and my wife refinished my ds2s. They are a winter setup, so there's some tape lines, but we took the wheels from a solid 1/10 to an 8/10. We used Jb weld to fill the curbage, sanded with 400, 800, 1500, taped, painted, and wet sand. Super easy.
Not bad. And the jb weld held when changing tires?
That looks awesome. I was concerned mostly with the tire shops using a bar on the edge of the wheel to slip the new tire on as well as the hooked tip they use when spinning the wheel around to finish pushing the lip of the tire on/off the wheel.
JB weld is really strong. I don't think it would damage any easier than the wheel would itself if they were prying on them. I wouldn't let a place get away with the damage regardless.
I'll be sure to yell at my dad if he does then
I've used the JB Weld effectively for the same repairs. Also used Duplicolor Ford Silver Mist Metallic (341) from Autozone combined with VHT high temp clear coat. If you wet sand with 800, 1000, 1500 grit between color coats and 1500 over the clear it's an awfully close match to BMW silver wheel paint and more cost effective than Wurth. Agreed that the DS2s look great on an E36. Below is post repair using above technique.

In other news I finally went out for a proper shoot again. Got some good shots and lots of bad ones haha
Oh also FINALLY got a new exhaust, thanks to jawse36 for helping me out with the install

Seeing as everyone is posting really nice pics of their cars, I'll change it up and post some bad ones.

My PO of my car actually did have a short build thread on Stanceworks. I'll try and find it today.
EDIT: Found it. Not very long but still cool: http://www.stanceworks.com/forums/sh...DM-stanced-E36
