What to do with Bosch 140 amp alternator core

I've got an alternator that is bad. Any ideas on what to do with it?

Most replacement alternators are rebuilds and require you to return the old one as a core.

Eagle (on Ebay) doesn't want them. That's how I ended up with this extra. Just thought I'd ask before recycling as metal. This thing is quite clean. 140 Amp, also.

It's worth more as a core than scrap. Put it on ebay, craigslist, and the for sale section here.

So what did you finally do with the core?
