Water outlet flange - block (under inlet manifold)

G'day

Water outlet flange - block. This is the last plastic cooling system part i need to change. Its not failed ( one on back of cyl head did last week) but i'm gonna change it for piece of mind etc.

Q) Am guessing you need to pull the inlet manifold to get to this part ?

I have removed the IM before, when i serviced the injectors 2 yrs ago now.

I've been told you don't need to take off the inlet manifold to get to that hose.
But without the manifold there it would be heaps easy!
