    Dorkfest '12 offical pic thread.

Please help us! We gave away awards, but I didn't make a note of who won. If you were a winner or know a winner, please pass along the information for possible inclusion in a Dorfkest magazine article.

Highest Mileage - Tommy 1394, 187k miles - Adams Premium car care detail kit

Lowest Mileage - Gentleman with approximately 10k miles (please let us know his full name and number of miles on his coupe - LeatherZ gift certificate

Longest Drive - Gentleman who drove from Iowa (please let us know his full name and the total amount of miles he drove to get to Dorkfest) - Leather Z armrests

Newest Owner - A young lady who just bought her coupe the day before Dorkfest - LeatherZ gift certificate

Samtrak won the Neverdone full splitter for having his birthday closest to the event date.

We held a trivia contest for the Enthusiast Auto and Der Schuh Syndikat T-shirts.

And we gave away Coupe Cartel stickers to the rarest color coupes amongst attendees - a Phoenix Yellow, an Oxford green, an Evergreen, and I think there was one more Jeremy had the only LSB, but he didn't need anymore Coupe Cartel stickers

Post your pics here (or dorkfest FB) folks!

Here are a few for now:

So Dan trailered his car to Dorkfest, no wonder he was up at 4:30.

    Nope everyone ignored it.
There were a lot of pictures being taken. One person looked like she was documenting the engine bay for a swap of her own. As for me, I didn't even bring my camer.

It was awesome to meet everyone, I had a great time! The entire experience was amazing. I had to cut my trip short so I missed out on the Samtrak drive (dammit!) but next year I will be sure to stick around for all the festivities. Thank you all for participating and making it such fun!

Nice pictures Ghery! And your coupe is so sexy! I want to whisper sweet nothings into its ear right before I drive the hell out of it.

The unofficial count was 55 coupes. There were 55 when we went into the VDC for the tour, but I was told a couple coupes arrived after.

Last year, I remember noting that there was an eclectic range of coupes in attendance. This year, I was truly struck by the diversity amongst coupe owners. We come from all walks (or drives ) of life.

It would be great to see Dorkfest coverage in some of the online publications. If you have any connections, or even if you don't, please pass along Dorkfest info. for consideration in Jalopnik, Bring a Trailer, BMW Blog etc.

Many of the colors in the M/Z3 coupe palette in the pic below. Anyone wanna trying naming them all?
