This dude cruised down behind me until I hit the highway through Rowan in South Jersey. It sounded great. Anybody know him?

I wanted to get some rolling shots, but none of the shots came out. I did get some vid of the caravan, just before the NJ state trooper escort. I will convert it and post later.
