Gary,
Gary,
I was wondering if I can ask you a question relating to the SAP system on a 1996 328i Convertible. The entire SAP system on the car was shot and I have replaced the valve and pump. but now I have a situation where I get no ground signal at the brown/green wire that goes to the SAP relay. I can't find a diagram, but from what I could find online, it may go to the DME. Do you have an idea of how to proceed? Thank you,
Eric

Hi Gary,
Sorry if i missed the answer to this question while skimming the thread, but if I SAP delete while running OEM headers, will I be able to get rid of the Check Engine Light by installing just the SAP signal simulator and not messing with the existing O2 sensors at all? Or are the SAP signal simulator and O2 signal simulator codependent on each other?
Thanks
Just purchased a 2000 Z3 (m52, maybe m52tu depending on the vin decoder I use) with a failed SAS. Which sim will work for me? How do I purchase your sim?
Most likely M52...
What is last seven of your VIN?
www.realoem.com is a pretty good place to start.

Great. How could your tell? How can I place the order for the sim for the m52tu?
@gpeterson, are you still making these? I'm interested in a SAP sim for an M62tu for my 2001 740i
you still selling these kits?

I need one for my 98 M3/4 and my 99 M3 convertible
Yes, still available.
I recently put this on my M62TU. Works great. Glad to have the SAP gone.
One suggestion for the M62TU users: Get the version with the plugs. Our O2 sensors are in a tough place to get to, and splicing the wires myself was pretty difficult. Part way through I was wishing I'd paid the extra price to have it done more easily and securely.
