Just for the record, Gary did chime in and my SAP simulator is working perfectly. I had connected the sim to the wrong wire. FWIW, for anyone buying the non-PnP version of Gary's and wanting to tap into the DME harness, the sim taps into the black wire on pin 67 (and pin 70 if you have 2 pre-cat sensors) of the DME harness.Originally Posted by gpeterson

Will this work on the 323iS? Because several I have found only work on the M and 328.

Yes, but there would be an extra set of plugs (323i has single pre-cat sensor) and the wires would be too short. I can build to your specs for that car, would need wire length measurements.

This is long overdue but I want to give Gary a thumbs up for this plug-n-play SAP sim. Installed it in under 10 minutes using the directions he supplied. Worked like a charm on the S52 M Coupe. It's been almost a month and no issues with it at all. No more CEL

Just thought I would throw this out there.
I just purchased both SAP sim PNP version and O2 sims. about a week ago
I revived that parts very FAST good packaging with colored instructions
I just built and installed a 3 inch exhaust from the headers back no rear cats and removed the secondary air pump as well
