secondary air pump simulator (SAP sim), plug & play, *no wire splicing*

$170 shipped via USPS Priority Mail

I'm now offering the best e36 secondary air pump simulator in a plug & play version that installs in 10 minutes with no wire cutting/splicing and no permanent modifications to your engine harness or O2 wiring!

Just unplug the secondary air pump, connect the SAP sim to its power connector then unplug both pre-cat O2 sensors and connect the SAP sim connectors to the O2 sensors connectors and engine harness O2 connectors.

These are higher quality than the other SAP sims out there:

-electronics sealed in epoxy for protection against moisture/vibration

-high-temperature, color-coded GXL wire cut to correct length and covered in wire loom

    -mounting tab for installation

    -individually tested

-money back guarantee: if you install properly on a m52 and have any issues you can return it for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase

Also available without the o2 connectors (requires splicing) for $70 shipped - http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1864267

Sorry I am a noob, what would deleting this air pump imporove or make easier/better? Does this have to do with the m50 manifold swap etc?

If you install headers that do not have secondary air injection ports you will get a check engine light. The SAP sim will eliminate the CEL.

Sending email with ordering info, looks like I can't PM you.

If you still have stock headers you can remove the vacuum line to the valve and plug it on both sides.

I also have a handful of the cheaper ($95) non-plug & play ready to ship as well. Those are pretty much always ready to go.

Here are before & after installation pictures of the O2 connectors. Nice & clean, even though it gets hidden by the fuel rail cover. (vehicle shown has M50 manifold)

    95 M3/2/A - swap coming
Quick question, with this installed and cats deleted with o2 sensor simulators post cat, does that mean that there will be no o2 sensors in the exhaust at all ? or does this go in addition to the pre cat o2 sensors ?

Pre-cat sensors stay, this just sends a different signal to the DME during cold start when the SAP should be running.
