Windscreen washer concentrate pump - pump fine but pump doesn't run, wiring?!

So a question for all you 8 owners - when you use your windscreeen washers, when does the second washer bottle (the smaller concentrate washer solution bottle) spray?
I replaced the pump on my one thinking the pump was seized, but it works just fine, however the concentrated cleaning solution bottle does not seem to get any action at all.

tangcla: The intensive wash can be triggered by pushing the wiper stalk towards the steering column opposed to pulling it towards you for the regular wash.
