secondary air pump simulator (SAP simulator)

    $75 shipped

You still have to splice wires for the O2 sensors, but I also have an option for a complete plug and play SAP sim (see signature).

Includes zip ties, butt connectors, and detailed instructions. $70 shipped.

Money back guarantee: if you install properly on a m52/s52 and have any issues you can return it for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase.

This is very high quality, not so "home-built" looking like the DIY version out there.

-includes everything necessary for installation (wire ties, butt connectors)

-electronics sealed in epoxy for protection against moisture/vibration

-high-temperature, color-coded GXL wire cut to correct length and covered in wire loom

    -individually tested

Most aftermarket headers do not have provisions for the secondary air pump tubes and you will get a check engine light without a functioning SAP or a simulator.

There are also people with track cars that remove the SAP to cut weight and clean up the engine compartment.

Should have pics of the full plug & play version tomorrow or Wednesday.

Pricing may be more than I hoped as the connectors/pins are difficult to find and cost more than expected. It is looking like an extra $50 ($145 total) for the plug & play version, but I may be able to bring that down by ordering a larger volume connectors.

Is $145 do-able for you guys that want the plug & play version? That is still significantly cheaper than the AA sim and I believe mine are much better.

Here you go, just a quick cell phone pic, will have better pictures soon:

I only have one ready to ship right now for $145 and still have a handful on the non-plug & play for $95.

so no need to cut wires with this new o2+ power source wiring harness? Just plug and play? Where does the power plug go into?

This one plugs in to the SAP power connector but still requires splicing of the O2 sensor leads. If you want full plug & play, zero splicing, 10min installation, and no permanent changes to your wiring check out this one:
