Question Searched, couldn't find DIY. Clock Backlight replacement?

    Group,

The clock blew out in my wife's car, so of course I have to fix it. I checked the DIY FAQ that is pinned on this board. I searched "Clock Light E36" Clock Backlight" and a couple others.

I found how to change the buttons, removal of the OBC but no bulb replacement instructions.

Does anyone have a link for Clock backlight replacement DIY instructons?

    Thanks,

If you have the info on taking out the OBC thats all you need. Remove it, pull off the back cover and put in the new bulb. Piece of cake

the bulbs should be right on top of the OBC...for the clock it is the last one on the right.

Thank you for your speedy replies.

Anyone have the part number for the bulb so I can pick it up on my way home?
