inpa , dis and repgrograming software

Hi all,
I have the inpa interface and all of the necessary cables etc, would i be able to change thing such as redline and reprogram the injection time and etc or do i need a specific software and interface

does anyone know of an adaptor kit which you can use so the ecu can be taken inside the home and worked on at your convenience

Those programs are for diagnostics they won't do coding. Check the software forum.
